Apna School believes in involving all stakeholders not only in formulating and revising policies but also operationalizing the processes. Here is a brief of some of the policies:

Policy for Faculty/Staff Recruitment:The faculty and staff recruitments happen through a joint committee comprising representatives from managements, representatives from faculty/staff, representatives from parents, representatives from society, and the school principal. Honesty Policy: To maintain the honesty in the process the key responsible person such as principal and person who holds key positions, such as involved in the financial activities and procurement of goods and services, admission activities, must go through the lie detector test (Polygraphy Test) on regular interval as recommended by a joint committee comprising representatives from managements, representatives from faculty/staff, representatives from parents, and representatives from society. If the responsible person fails in the lie detector test, the person will be terminated from their responsibilities with immediate effect.

Freedom and Responsibilities: Freedom and Responsibility go hand in hand and when someone needs to be away, it is their responsibility to inform the school. Apna School believes faculties and staff should be free from any kind of restrictions, such as mandatory attendance, showing face to the principal or higher authority, etc. Everyone should understand their responsibility and do their duty without any pressure. A school will be an ethical school only when the teachers/staff understand their responsibilities by themselves.
