Admission for Academic Year 2025-26

The academic year 2025-26 will start from the first week of April and the admission process for which has started from 15th November 2023. Registration form can be downloaded from the website or collected from the school office.

Admission Rules and Regulations

Apna School Mohal follows below Admission Rules and Regulations:
  • Admission to the Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG, and UKG is based on the interaction and fulfilling the minimum age criteria.
  • Admission offer letter will be issued to the child seeking admission for Nursery to UKG after the interaction process.
  • For admission in Class 1 to Class 7, it is mandatory for a child to appear for Apna School Admission cum Assessment Test (ACAT).
  • The ACAT is conducted once a month in the school premises itself. School will announce the test date well in advance for the convenience of parents.
  • A student whose performance is satisfactory in the ACAT will be offered confirmed admission.
  • A student whose performance is not found to be satisfactory in the ACAT will be offered provisional admission. Such students will be kept under observations for one year and will receive special care from school.
  • After a year, if the performance of the student under provisional admission is not satisfactory, he/she will not be promoted to the next class or may be asked to leave the school. In such cases, fifty percent of the admission fee and development fee along with the full amount of caution money will be refunded. However, other fees such as annual fee, tuition fee, and registration fee will not be refunded.
  • Admission once taken will not be cancelled otherwise and no amount will be refunded.
  • The School Management reserves the right to add, alter, amend, or cancel any of the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding.

    Documentation

    Admission Form is available online or can be collected from the school office. Please submit the duly filled form in the school office along with the below supporting documents and admission process fee of INR 750/- (nonrefundable)
    Kindly submit the hard copies of the following items:
  • A duly signed filled registration form.
  • Student’s birth certificate (only photocopy)
  • Student’s Medical and Vaccination record (only photocopy)        
  • Adhaar card of the student (only photocopy)
  • Parent’s ID proof (only photocopy)
  • Parent’s Educational Qualification certificate (only photocopy)
  • A cheque/Cash/UPI payment receipt for the registration fee in the amount of Rs.750/- (nonrefundable)

  • Please submit the duly signed hard copy of the registration form along with all the supporting documents and the registration fee to the school
  • Registration fee is non-adjustable and non-refundable.
  • Registration of a student does not guarantee admission in Apna School Mohal.        
  • The management reserves the right to grant/reject admission without assigning any reason.

    Note:

    •One-time security deposit/caution money of ₹2500 (₹5,000) has to be paid additionally and is refundable at the time of leaving the school. A discount of 50% is being given to the current year admission.

    •The above tuition fee includes supervision class fee of INR 200 for Class-I to Class-V and INR 250 for Class-VI-VII. This is mandatory for students to attend the supervision classes. No supervision class facilities available for Nursery to Upper-KG.

    •*Miscellaneous fee includes examination fees, technology fees, identity card fee, almanac fee and other applicable fees and may vary from year to year.

    •# Pre-Nursery students are required to pay Admission Fee and Development Fee in the next academic year and will be eligible for 25% discount on Admission and Development Fee.
