Apna School believes in value co-creation by engaging all its stakeholders and Parents Duty is its unique way of engaging parents to maintain quality and transparency.

It is expected from each parent to give one day to school in an academic year. Each day 2-3 parents are present in the school and their job is to monitor the school activities. A proper process is formulated to make this effective. The parents-on-duty are also the first point of contact for the other parents for any unusual issues or queries. The parents-on-duty take the issues or queries to the respective office bearers and same gets intimated to the respective parent. This helps in avoiding panic-visit of parents to the school. As parents-on-duty keep monitoring the school activities, a healthy academic environment is maintained.

Also, receipts of any major expense are verified by parents-on-duty and the bill/voucher is duly approved/signed by the parents-on-duty for clearance. Without the approval of parents-on-duty, no bill gets cleared. This helps in avoiding any kind of financial irregularities.

While on-duty, the parents are provided with proper hospitality.
